Let me start by saying that I am a proud wife and mother of four! We deal with our share of challenges and celebrate our blessings. My family is unique and amazing and I wouldn't trade one minute with them for all the money in the world!

My personal interest is definitely human nature. People facinate me! Why do we do what we do? Hmmm.. I must know! The brain and human psyche are puzzles that I enjoy learning about every chance I get.

Writing brings me peace and is my oasis. I can only hope that I can write one article that will bring relief, comfort or elighten one person.

I come from a family that was plagued with substance abuse and although I wouldn't wish that on anyone, I believe it has made me the person I am today. 

My passions are deep and they include: my family, kids of all ages, human behavior, healthy eating and writing.
